In this yoga class you will learn traditional Hatha yoga poses, how to breath deeply and move with awareness and respect for your body. You will gain more flexibility and balance. Learn how to calm and focus the mind with the deep breathing.

Practising yoga on regular basis can really help eliminate back pain and other aches and pains giving you a fresh outlook on life, will leave you feeling open, lighter and free from tension in both body and mind.
Modifications of the poses are introduced for beginners or people with injuries and the yoga is practiced with an internal awareness to avoid injury.

Our prenatal courses teach a gentle yet dynamic form of pregnancy yoga, to promote vitality and wellness by focusing on postures that build strength and stamina which can help prepare you for labour.
Yoga creates more space for you and your growing baby and our classes focus on preventing and dealing with common pregnancy related ailments.
During the course we include partner work, breathing techniques, visualisations/meditations and the use of birthing balls. We also teach you techniques to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which are very beneficial for labour and postnatal recovery.
Open to all women even if you have not done yoga before once you have passed your 13th week of pregnancy. Please consult your medical professional before commencing prenatal yoga.
RESTORATIVE
Stretch and relax focusing on self awareness, breath and stillness while quieting the mind.
Restorative yoga helps you stretch deeply and relax, it is a slower paced yoga class. We hold yoga poses for longer periods of time to allow our body to release and open while quieting the mind.
Props such as blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters may be incorporated to support you in the yoga poses. It is suitable for all, improves flexibility, helps develop patience, humbleness and the ability to focus.
You do not have to use energy to gain energy, restorative yoga is perfect for times when you are stressed out, injured or lacking in energy.
