Semi Private classes with a max 8 students per class @ the studio, to reserve a mat purchase a class pass.

Contact me to see if there is any casual spaces for studio classes.

Thursday classes depending on weather $15 per class
on the day or purchase above.

Etiquette and more info:

Class sizes are limited to X5 students to reserve a mat purchase a class pass above or contact us.

As a courtesy there is x1 make-up class for courses and terms unless otherwise agreed to by studio b fitness.

Use of all yoga mats and props are included in all class prices.

To respect everyone’s time classes begin exactly on time.
Mobile phones are to be switched to silent or off at all times whilst in class.

We ask that new students complete a registration form detailing any relevant medical conditions and emergency contact information.
Registration forms are available at the studio (allow 10mins) to complete the form or one can be emailed to you. 

It is important to let the teachers know if you have any new injuries before class.
If in any doubt about wether you should be starting a new exercise please seek your doctor’s approval.

If you have a cold or illness, rest & recover before returning to practice.

Please keep the catch up or chatter until you are outside the class, be present and allow this time for yourself.
Deodorant is recommended but no heavy scents, perfumes or oils.

Please respect your body and it’s abilities, fellow students, your instructor and studio.
