During these sessions we draw on sound to help heal the mind and body, we relax into a guided meditation, visualisation or a yoga nidra meditation to prepare the mind and body and to take you into a deep state of waking conciousness.
The simple act of being still and doing nothing is very beneficial by itself as often we don’t allow our mind and body the time to just be, to do absolutely nothing. When we are quiet, calm and still we are more open and receptive to hearing our souls intuition.
