Throughout these classes we fine tune movements to stabilise the core, hips and pelvis. You get into muscles you never knew you had and find that famous pilates burn. While we work hard for short intervals we take special care to focus on the breath and the sensations in the body, feeling the muscles work hard but not causing injury.

You may feel some soreness a day or two after your class as your body gets used to the movements. Being sore the next day means you’re challenging your muscles in new ways or working muscle groups that don’t usually get much attention which is common if returning back to regular exercise.
