As a Qualified 200hr yoga alliance yoga teacher, with other yoga alliance recognised training in restorative yoga, kids/family yoga, pre-and postnatal yoga and more, I also hold a cert 4 in pilates from polestar pilates as well as Barre and pilates reformer training. Yoga and pilates have benefited me tremendously throughout my life, both physically and mentally. I have become more aware of what I'm capable of and when and how to take it easy. I've learnt to be more aware of my thoughts, to breathe deeply and to face everyday situations with more grace and ease.
